It was around 26 degrees in the room, but they had a policy of no air-conditioners operating at this time of year.
The air-conditioner was recording the temperature.
Their solution was for us to open a window, but then the noise and pollution was a factor.
They eventually provided a stand-up fan which did not completely resolve the issue.
I have to assume this was being done as a cost saving exercise as the restaurant had air-conditioning.
