This place is top class...I spent 5 nights at this lovely boutique hotel in April of this year-2025-and it was just perfect...My room was very large and serviced daily...Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food available...Sleep quality was perfect....I particularly liked the extra touches in the room-the in-room safe,the free water bottle,etc....The staff were super friendly and in this regard I want to thank the owners Alex and Anne as well as Jonathan,Benjamen and Baz...I felt valued as a guest and the staff were always available to help with knowledge and advice...Anne even organised a taxi for me on the morning I was leaving to take me to the bus station....Definitely worth returning to...Top marks....10 out of 10.

A beautiful sanctuary in the bustling bohemian art quarter of Valparaiso. The hotel offers a warm welcome with drinks in the stunning gardens. The rooms have everything you need for a comfy stay and the staff are helpful from finding local restaurants to solving travel queries. Definitely a chilled and relaxing place to stay.

I cannot recommend Ayaca La Flora enough! Extremely nice welcoming staff, clean rooms, breakfast was delicious. They even helped arrange transport to the airport at 4am!! You have to stay here. Beautiful place, kind people, excellent location.

This hotel was delightful- comfortably and beautifully decorated with wonderful hosts. The property is situated in a lovely part of Valparaiso-very walkable to restaurants, street art and night life. We will come back here if we are in Valparaiso again.

This is a fabulous hotel. We recently stayed for 2 nights. The hotel staff are some of the best that we have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had information for sightseeing, dinners, transportation, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated, the breakfast was excellent, tea, coffee and drinking water are available 24 hours per day, and there is parking available on site.

We were delighted with this charming boutique hotel right in the heart of the Cerro Conception neighborhood. The hosts and staff were very helpful and gracious. The property featured a lovely garden with outdoor seating and views of the port. Everything was clean and well appointed from the common areas to our really nice room. Breakfast was so delicious and homemade. 5 stars for the coffee! The location of the hotel is near many great restaurants and galleries. Highly recommended.

Sometimes it’s difficult to describe how good a place is unless you actually experience it and this is one of those places. It feels more like being at home than in a hotel. Everything is perfect from the owners , the staff to the beautiful surroundings. It’s an oasis in the middle of a buzzy and busy city. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and all staff are really helpful. I wish other small hotels would aspire to this level of attention.

Perched on a hill overlooking the water in Valparaiso - this hotel is a gem located in an excellent part of town. The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast and homemade jams delicious and the owner a delight. The garden area is lovely and relaxing - a nice place to unwind after exploring the city (and all its hills and stairs). Perfectly located near lots of place to eat and shop.
