"Small room but cute and convenient. The room is very small but also very convenient. It's perfect for a one night stay while going to or from the airport. I loved the short and funny messages in the room and throughout the hotel (a few of them can be seen in the pictures). It has a small tablet by the bed, from where you can control everything such as the lights, the curtains, the TV, the radio.... It even has a cozy option, and if you choose it, you get relaxing music, curtains go down, and you get cozy lighting. The bed is big and super comfortable. The room was very quiet. I had a great night's sleep. The only thing that I'd like to see an improvement on are the pillows. They are both too thick, and it was uncomfortable for my neck. The breakfast was generous, and there were a lot of vegetarian options. It's just a short (and easy) walk from the airport or the coaches (such as the Flix Bus). You can walk all the way into the check-in counter at the hotel, with the airport trolley. Very convenient! There are trolleys at the front door all the time. You do the check-in yourself, but there is always a person to help. The staff was very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel."

I love the bedsheets so clean, white and crispy. I didn't take breakfast so I can't tell. I definitely will be back to Steigenberger Airport Hotel. I used to stay in other hotel for so many years, until they make me so disappointed on my last stay 2023. And when I found this hotel and check in, hmm I feel so stupid why I was so loyal to previous hotel, I should change sooner. "Very easy to find and walking distance from airport. Smooth check-in, however missing slippers in the room and no amenities in the room like shaving kit, and cotton swabs. I saw the sticker that you can ask for it, but would be nicer to be able to just have it in the room or a clear notice its not in the room to avoid looking everywhere for it. Gym was minimal, but sufficient for a basic workout."

"The amenities and location of the hotel are outstanding! It’s an easy (and free) shuttle to the airport where you then can take public transport anywhere. Service was fine, but checking in took incredibly long, and despite asking not to have my room cleaned, it was still cleaned during my stay. While not a big deal, if I’d known it was going to be cleaned, I would’ve put valuables away. The second day this wasn’t an issue. So all in all, great stay and I’ll book again next time I’m in Amsterdam!"

"For small, budget accommodation near to the airport, this is ideal. Don't expect any frills, bells or whistles. It's a small room with a toilet, wash basin, shower, bed & telly but is you just need somewhere basic to sleep in between flights, this is it. There's also a shuttle bus to get you to the airport but this does fill quickly. Just make sure you get the right hotel! There is an IBIS 2 minutes away, part of the same car park & a number of people (including me) got dropped off at the wrong hotel. Excuse the messiness of the room in the photo. It had been a long journey & I was tired so slept 1st & photographed later!!"

"The airport shuttle bus is too crowded, and the drinks and food sold in the store are too expensive."

"Very good facilities in the hotel (little shop, Starbucks, airport shuttle) and the beds are very comfortable. However, it took 40 minutes of waiting in long line to check in and 15 minutes to check out. For me this is exactly what you don’t want from a comfortable airport hotel after a long flight and a layover."
