The hotel front desk service is not considerate and careful. I booked the room type based on photos on Ctrip. When I arrived at the hotel, they asked me to pay for one more room. I asked them to read the order and online booking carefully before making any comments. The service attitude was not good. When I entered the room, it was not the room type I booked. I negotiated with them, and they said there was no such room type. They passed the buck to Ctrip. It was speechless. The towels in the room were thin, black, hard, dirty and old. The quilt was hard and heavy, the bed was not comfortable at all, and I felt itchy. The breakfast food variety was not rich. The experience was not good. Not recommended.
