Good location, good service, they do not have baggage storage. Very helpful front desk and very polite. I recommend for economic layover near PHX.

I loved this more stay more than i anticipated. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t wanna leave , it is sooooo clean I was surprised as i assumed it would be more like a bed and breakfast kind of quick in and out kinda stay, furniture well kept, and clean. I don’t think as a lady travelling alone though I’d be okay staying more than 2 nights just my take for security reasons, however but it was a great stay and close to the airport. There is also free airport shuttle pick up and drop off so that was really good.

Everything was fine. Did not get to eat breakfast because airport shuttle back to the airport is only offered once a hour do we had to leave before breakfast was ready

It's a normal best western, neither particularly good nor bad. It's a good choice for the mid-range price.

I stayed here to watch a Diamondbacks game. I didn't have any other plans to watch anything else in Arizona, so I was looking for a place close to the airport and the stadium. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was American, so I really enjoyed the resort atmosphere. There is no train station nearby, so the only way to get around is by bus, but there is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel.

Very bad attitude, knocking on the door randomly early in the morning, and taking away the do not disturb door card.

The room is very clean. I always book this room when I come to PHX. There is also a free shuttle bus.
