While the lobby area looked well kept the rooms were very outdated and falling apart. The baseboards were falling off and everything just seemed icky. We had to go to the front desk to get towels because they were not left in the room by housekeeping. Location is great for universal studios.

I was travelling with my family and this is the worst hotel. No cleanliness whatsoever!!!
The bathtub had red ants and i complained in the front desk and they suggested to call housekeeping to WASH THE ANTS AWAY. I mean thats the solution they gave me.
Finally i changed the room and the other room was ant free.
You get what you pay for, stay here ONLY IF YOU DONT HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE. They trick you by asking you to pay 30.5USD per room other than the 50USD you booked the room for so you’re not saving that much. The breakfast is horrible and don’t drink the orange juice its colored water.

Saw a cockroach in my room. I would only recommend this location if you are planning on going to universal or any parks near it.

TV, phone not working. Breakfast served people don’t care about food, cleanliness. served expired milk in breakfast. Not many varieties in breakfast. They don’t clean bedsheets and cover.hairs are everywhere ,even replacement towels also comes with lots of hairs means they don’t do laundry properly. They don’t replace bedsheets they just organize properly so when person came back in the evening they feel like they replaced everything and cleaned but actually they didn’t replace anything. They charged $20 per day for amenities but I don’t think I utilize Any which they provide.they didn’t provide anything which can be used.they didn’t provide basic stuffs.its good for only location though.

Nice breakfast. Green line i-ride trolley stops in front. About 5 minutes walk to International Drive where many restaurants and shops are located
