Same room was given to two customers, while I was changing my clothes somebody entered my room because this customer was also given same room. I was shocked. Nobody from hotel considered any apology. It was a terrible experience of my life. I never visit again even it is free for me

The rooms had damps and slightly unclean
The checkin process is poor - while I checked in an hour earlier - had to wait for almost an hour.
