Everything was perfect except the behaviour of a reception guy, who insisted to get phone numbers of my foreign guest. Even though I provided the local number. This was out of any registration rules because we have stayed in many hotels in few months.

Overall, it's good, but there are a few comments:
Frequent malfunctions in the escalator.
There's a disco below, and the music is loud and annoying.
Some security guards, when someone wants to meet a friend, don't direct them to the reception desk, and they don't contact the person to decide whether or not to meet them.

Good hospitality, breakfast provided can be improved, location wise safe and sound, and being close to Gateway, it's stands as a special attraction. Though the hotel is 50 years old, they maintained it properly, only thing is you will have to get used to old furniture and in room ambience.

THE ROOMS ARE GOO AND SPACIOUS, HOWEVR, THE AC DOES NOT WRK WELL. WATER ALSO IS AN ISSUE IN TH ESHOWER AND SINK. ITS PERFEDT LOCATION. GOOD BREAKFAST AND VERY NICE SATFF
