The second time I came, as soon as I entered the lobby, the warm lighting and exquisite decoration instantly impressed me. The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!

A hot spring resort hotel very close to Wuhan, with complete surrounding facilities, good dining, fitness, hot springs, camping, walking, and photo taking experiences, suitable for family travel. Cathy's service is great, you can consider traveling around Wuhan! This time, it happened to be the opening period of the hot springs, and the elderly and children were very happy. Sister Xiong in the hot spring area was very enthusiastic and gave us a detailed introduction to the distribution and characteristics of each hot spring. There are many service points in the hot spring area, equipped with health tea and dry bath towels, which are well prepared and replaced in time. Recommended experience!

I booked the room too late, and there was only one room left. I checked in at the hotel front desk at 11:30 am, and was told that the room was being cleaned. I was told to send a WeChat message when the room was ready. I was still not informed until 1:30 pm, so I went to the front desk to ask, and changed a room and checked in. The balcony was full of dust, but the room was still good. The tea bags were basically dated 2023. It felt like no one had lived in this room for a while, and there was no lake view. However, the hotel service was still good. Jenne at the front desk basically responded to all requests. She helped me apply for breakfast. Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻 There are some free golf courses, one hour of billiards, and one hour of free gymnasium when staying in the hotel. Others are charged. There are a lot of people on the beach during holidays.

Parking is very convenient, check-in is fast, hotel service Jenne is very good and enthusiastic, the room is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, but the pillows in the room are too soft. I will try the buckwheat pillow next time! It is very suitable for parent-child travel. Overall, it is very good, thumbs up👍

The second time I came, this time I went on a weekend vacation with my parents. I booked a duplex family room. The front desk lady Huang Yifan helped me upgrade the lake view room for free. The room is spacious, and the lake view balcony has a good view both during the day and at night. The 🌸 in the park is open in spring, and there are not as many tourists as in summer. It is very comfortable. I will come again next time if I have the chance.
