The hotel is unbelievably cheap, even if it was twice as expensive it would still be worth it. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many options but for the room price there's nothing more to say. Will definitely come back every time I come to Ha Long.

The hotel location is not easy to access. However, it is quiet and has a good view. It is still under construction due to typhoon damage. Extra beds are expensive. Breakfast is poor.

Service: The front desk service needs to be improved. When I checked out, the front desk guy asked me to sit next to him and wait. After about 20 minutes, he asked if I could leave. The guy asked how many rooms I had. So I have been waiting for nothing?
