Super Times Design Hotel

The hotel has a good location and is conveniently close to Da Fo Shi (The Big Buddha Temple). However, the elevator takes a long time to arrive, which can be frustrating. The breakfast options are limited, only KFC is available and there should be more variety, especially Chinese-style breakfast. Additionally, the front desk staff did not inform us about the breakfast selection during check-in. We only found out after asking them ourselves.

Good location, right in the middle of Beijing road. Opposite 大鸽饭 and beside 大佛寺 (200m) away. Room is clean and tidy up, facilities are all in control via voice. Good to have instruction on how to use it, might not be user friendly for elderly. Water heater is slightly less sensitive, hot water was unable to operate properly but the manager offered us a small gift as a token of apologies. We requested for room exchange however there’s no room as this was a weekend. Overall experience, pretty superb, managed to connect their WIFI (can’t use WhatsApp) and manage to ship over my parcel to the hotel (but self pick up as there’s a designated area for parcel). Caveat here - driver might not be able to drive in when there’s a roadblock for peak hours. Unable to order food delivery as there’s no china local number, but hotel staff taught us how to order, although it didn’t went thru.

The room is comfortable enough for 2 Pax and 2 big luggages. Reception was helpful and good manner. The location is super great, busy walking street with a lot of malls and shops within walking distance, metro is just walking distance, easy to get Didi too. Temple was just 2 mins away from the hotel. The only cons is shower water pressure is a bit low and water flow slow. But overall I had great time staying here.
