Loved the service provided by the hotel staff. Thanks to staff Nigel and Rachel!! They were very friendly and offered good advice and suggestions to us about traveling and what to do in Florence. Room was big by any standards and very cosy.

Clean hotel and walking distance from the santa maria station. Room was bigger than I expected and pretty nice too. Dint manage to have breakfast there but seems good.

The hotel is right in front of the Medici Chapel, so the view is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is also delicious.

Right next to the Medici Chapel, the location is very convenient, about 7-8 minutes walk to the train station, about 5 minutes walk to Santa Maria del Fiore, 2 minutes walk to the Central Market, there is no shortage of restaurants, supermarkets and shopping around, the location is extremely advantageous, and it feels very safe. The service is also good, the room is large, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

Overall, it's average. Apart from the good location and good breakfast, everything else is average. The bed in the room is very uncomfortable and the shower room is very small. The facilities are really small.

This is the most satisfying hotel in Italy. The location is superb, right next to the city center market, there are many delicious foods, the gate is facing the Lorenzo Church, and you can reach Santa Maria del Fiore by walking one intersection. In addition, the waiter was also very good. Unfortunately, we came late and the room facing the cathedral was full. She said that otherwise we could see the church in the room. Then the waiter kindly suggested that we go to Piazzale Michelangelo to take pictures. The room was also very clean and there was no odor.

Although very small, but beautiful hotel in the very center of Milan - five minutes to the Duomo. The rooms are also small, but nice, everything you need is there.

It is a 5-minute walk to the train station and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Downstairs is the Central Market, which is quiet in a bustling city. The room is small but well-planned, with a small cloakroom for luggage and clothes. Compared with the room area, the bathroom is quite large, and the shower has plenty of hot water. The breakfast is quite rich. Overall, it is a good choice.

Convenient location for sightseeing. Close to the market and convenient for shopping. We stayed with our family of four and the room was spacious enough. Felcom drinks are available and the hotel is clean and attentive. I recommend it.

The location was very good, close to tourist spots. It was also very clean and I had a comfortable stay. There were many restaurants around, which was convenient.
