Spacious room with comfy bed & nice hot shower. We can see a view of Doi Suthep from our room. They all look in the photos which is nice. They are strict with the rule & do not allow late check-out even on weekday [Friday] as our flight was delayed, but understandable. Breakfast is good but can be improved in variety. Hotel is kinda hidden on less busy road of Chiang Mai, but still walkable to Changpuek night market and few of nice cafe & restaurants nearby. But it’s also mean quiet & chill. We use grabcar & bike to go everywhere, so it’s okay for us.

The hotel design is excellent. The room is spacious, clean, lobby is cute, the breakfast service is one of the best at the price you pay. The service is very good, the staff is very responsive. It will take you quite many steps however to reach top spots around "old city" area from the hotel. But overall experience is outstanding

This hotel is too expensive for the value. The hotel is clean but with all the facilities and amenities the rate is too expensive. Will note recommend this hotel

Good hotel, nice staff. My second stay. The only drawback for me is the lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim for shaving, otherwise it's a good spot!

Room quality: the room has a modern, simplistic design with added warmth from a wooden bench. it was the best room among the 4 I stayed at in Thailand
Service: Staff was friendly and helpful, not much to be said. I forgot to hang the cleaning sign so no experience of the room service
Others: Breakfast was pretty nice with all the things you'd expect. a thing that bothered me was the pool being RIGHT next to the eating area, and the fat white girl who obviously doesn't know how to swim really killed my appetite.
