Cool hotel where you can do some wellness activities most self guided though , lovely helpful staff , all female . Beautiful relaxing pool not busy at all . Shame about the noisy road next to the hotel , it did not feel relaxing in the cafe or garden areas due to the traffic noise . You could also hear the traffic from the room so not ideal location for a “wellness” hotel .

Can't get enough with this hotel. We checked in 3 times for our trips. Staff are amazing. The place nice and clean. We feel like home. Hotel atmosphere clame and quite. Easy to go to town or airport.

The room that we stayed in had a sewage smell in the bathroom that could not be removed with sanitizing and deodorizing..We requested for a different room after the first night and were changed to a different room after the second night when the room became available. The staff were apologetic about the inconvenience and did their best to help us with the move. I hope the hotel look into the issue and get the plumbing checked. The hotel was otherwise an excellent one. We like the garden, the cafe, the clean bedroom, nightly warm drink, and also our Pilates class.

Overall a pleasant stay. The location is a bit far from town area, where most of the activities are. So we had to spend more on Grab to go about.

Beautifully designed hotel not too far from the city. Our family suite room was well-designed, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff is attentive and professional.
