I recently stayed at this hotel and enjoyed several new facilities, particularly the infinity pool, which was a fantastic addition. The staff were excellent—friendly and attentive to my request making my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did experience some noise pollution from planes.
Thank you for the hospitality!

Stayed here for 4 nights, to start with the negative breakfast was horrible. Every morning it was the same alternating things which is understandable, however EVERY SINGLE breakfast there was hair in the food!! The same long black hair!! Disgusting. Also cockroaches crawling around the un covered food.
Other than that, location is prime right next to the night market and down the street from 7-11 and a shopping mall. Pool was nice to lounge around, except closes at 730 and no loud talking permitted throughout the building passed noon, no big deal just sticklers.
This was our first time staying at this hotel and the experience was excellent, all the staff were friendly and service was excellent. So our journey in Chiang Mai was both comfortable and smooth. We hope to see you again next time, thanks Anyin!

I loved my stay at the Comfy Corner Hotel even just for a night! The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed is really comfortable I was able to sleep well coming from a tiresome flight. The hotel is still new and the young owner, Jeffrey is very nice and helpful. Overall, I must say it was a very good budget hotel for a solo traveler like me. I would definitely stay here again!
The hotel is located next to the ancient city, which makes travel very convenient. There is a 711 in a five-minute walk and delicious curry noodles nearby.
The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, and has a private balcony. It is very comfortable to come on vacation.
The hotel also has a swimming pool and breakfast. There are Chinese employees, so communication is stress-free and the service is very good. Any needs are addressed immediately.
Very cost-effective! satisfy!

The hotel is located inside the air force base next to the airport. It is a restricted area and can only be entered by car or motorcycle, not on foot. As it is so new, most drivers do not know how to enter the hotel. The front desk service is very good and will help you and the driver to explain the hotel location. If you call a taxi back to your hotel, you will probably need to tell the driver where your hotel is (you can drive to the control point and then give directions)
The hotel room is new and clean, with plenty of air conditioning. The room is very large and you can see the golf course outside the window. The toothbrush is very soft, but the furry slippers are really not suitable for me as a germaphobe.
Traveling for work and bringing children
The school is in a small alley but it is convenient. There are restaurants and it is near the main road.
The children love the pool. They open the curtains and see it. They don't have to sit and watch.
The bedroom is clean. The hotel is clean. They have breakfast. It is worth the price.

The best boutique hotel in Chiangmai! Comfortable king bed, clean room, cold powerful air-con, consistent hot water heater. Breakfast although not a big spread, but they provide basic and tasty food. Lots of free flow of water, fruits, instant cup noodles. Accessible centralised location near to main road of old city, less than 15 mins to airport and the Central airport mall. Will return again to book this hotel when I go back to Chiangmai.
We loved staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay.
We booked the Loft suite 2 bed room, which was very spacious. We booked this hotel because of the nice bed ratings and we slept very well on the comfy bed.
The airco had a harder time getting the entire room cooler after being off during the day.
The layout was a bit weird for us. Downstairs was the king bed, but no tv and upstairs were 2 single beds with a tv. We slept in the king bed and our son slept upstairs in a single bed, which means we couldn't watch tv in the evening. A couch would also have been nice as the chairs weren't very comfy to sit on.
Breakfast was made to order and we could choose from continental or asian options. We liked the food and our stay in general.
We stayed 3 nights here. Everything was perfect except for the mattress and pillows that were uncomfortable to sleep in, we couldn’t get full rested nights of sleep for all 3 nights and had neck aches the next morning. Besides that, the location can be pretty far so it would be ideal to get a local driver’s contact who can pick and drop you but at a higher price than Grab. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the pool was beautiful and everything else was perfect.

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews for hotels, but I must write this one. Very good hotel, warm service. The service staff will think of small details. My daughter stayed in bed in the morning, and the breakfast manager prepared a takeaway box to help us prepare breakfast for her to take back. All questions about the itinerary were answered. We encountered the largest flood in history in Chiang Mai, and all the itineraries were disrupted. The hotel was in the worst-hit area, and they considered us from beginning to end and did their best to arrange it. We took a small boat, and four hotel waiters, including a deputy manager, pushed the boat in the chest-deep water. It took an hour to reach the land. The hotel arranged other hotels to get us out of trouble. Thank you very much. A memorable hotel!
GGuest UserThe hotel in general is quite recommendable.
The location is good as it is inside the wall and very close to one of the main streets where you can find bike rentals, coffee, washing machines etc.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and we got water bottles every day in the mini bar.
There is a swimming pool when you get into the hotel and it's okay since it's enough to refresh you from high temperatures.
The staff is friendly and recommend things to do in your stay in the city.
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable.
They have breakfast available in addition to the price .
We were left after check out.
JJames in ShanghaiStaff were friendly but the service style is a little old fashioned. We had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, there are signs in the room warning of charges for stained sheets or towels and we are asked to wait 5 minutes at check out for someone to check the room for damages.
The room is beautiful in an old colonial style. It can be a little noisy but not a big problem. It was incredibly clean and lots of storage.
The breakfast is also great with a good selection of local and international food.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had an excellent experience.
GGuest User- Good service staff, smiling, good advice
- Clean room, no musty smell, clean bed and sheets
- The towels are a bit old, starting to tear, recommend changing them
- Clean bathroom, strong water pressure in every faucet except shower, recommend cleaning the shower head, there might be something clogged or change it, it's really not strong
- Air conditioning, cool but very loud, urgently call for repair
- Didn't use breakfast and bar
Overall good
GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. They have welcome drink and snack at the entrance gate. The bathroom has separate zone. Amenities has earplugs that I can't find in other place, so I'm surprised. A lot of parking. There is near 86 ramen that is very delicious.
GGuest User[De Chai gives you free drinks if you leave them a kind review during your stay so please be mindful of the reviews you see here :) ]
I found the two bathrooms very appealing along with the price per night so I decided to stay here during my trip with my parents, but there are a lot of room for improvement.
Location: 11-15 minutes away from Chiang Mai Airport so you can hear airplanes flying by in the hotel room. If you’re a light sleeper you might find discomfort staying here. There are definitely better hotels near here, personally I don’t recommend staying here. There are yummy food places near by that made up my experience here! I liked how I could walk to One Nimman & Maya to beat the heat.
Amenities: gym is pretty small, and the pool is tiny too. The pool was so warm as the water isn’t being circulated, which personally discouraged me opt out of swimming here. There were dead bugs floating around too. The pool closes from 6:30pm as there’s a small roof top bar. The gym operates from 7am to 7pm only.
Room: When I checked in, there was hair & dust on the floor. I later addressed this to the front desk the next day (we checked in the evening) & they cleaned it thankfully. The bigger issue here is a structural issue with the restroom floor. While showering, I realized that my feet were submerged in water and I was showering in a shower booth, not bath. The drainages are not working well so I had to be careful while showering because of this issue. It’s also because the water doesn’t flow to the drain fast enough and the water is just going to be all over the bathroom floor. I communicated this with the hotel staff but they just told me to shower with the drain top off but that didn’t fix the issue as I had to stop from the water overflowing by making circles on top of the drain to help the water drain out + using towels to soak the spilled out water. However, this might be a problem with just my room though. I stayed in room 502, so I hope this helps.
Service: Most staff don’t speak english fluently so it was quite difficult to communicate with them especially with my drainage problem. They’re not really welcoming but I think they are just shy because when I asked them something they looked startled and they didn’t know what to say.
HHazem MaraqaI stayed for a couple of nights and overall had a decent experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the price was great for what you get. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
However, I didn’t like the pool or the rooftop — they looked abandoned and had no atmosphere.
Also, there was a gap in the window, which let in a lot of noise at night and made it hard to sleep sometimes.
BBONNY.WITH.A.YIf you're looking for a unique hotel experience, look no further than this amazing hotel with a pool inside the room! The room is incredibly clean and the staff are very friendly. However, be prepared for lots of rain if you're planning to visit in August - it rains all day, every day. Plus, the hotel is located high up in the mountains, which makes for a stunning view but can be a bit of a trek to get to. Overall, if you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
AAlexisPerfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it.
Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !
